Booking a call

Calls are booked on Cal.com and held on Cal Video, Cal.com's video conferencing service.

3 years after the last contact. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as the law requires.

Server logs

The site's server, located in Paris, records the IP address, date, requested page and browser of each visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted after 15 days at most.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It only remembers in your browser the light or dark theme you choose, which is why it shows no consent banner. The Cal.com booking page, if you open it, applies its own policy.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising. Only these providers access it, for the service described:

Cal.com is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which governs this transfer.

Mobile apps

Each app published by VERYDISCO has its own policy, which details the data collected, how it is used, the third-party services involved and how long data is kept. It is available from the app's App Store page and from the App support page. These rules apply to all our apps:

• data is used only to make the app work;
• no data is sold or shared for advertising;
• no advertising tracking across apps or websites;
• you can delete your account and data from within the app, or by writing to us.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format. You can also set instructions for what happens to it after your death.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at cnil.fr.

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the data is restricted to the President of VERYDISCO.
